By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, logos, text, and intellectual property displayed on the Website are owned or licensed by Ayana Jewels. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Import Duties & Taxes (DDP)
All international orders placed on Ayana Jewels are shipped under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
Product prices displayed on the Website include all applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, tariffs, and local taxes, which are calculated and added to the product cost by Ayana Jewels at the time of pricing.
Ayana Jewels is responsible for customs clearance and payment of all applicable duties and taxes on behalf of the customer.
Customers are not required to pay any additional customs duties or import charges at the time of delivery.
Customs authorities may, at their discretion, inspect shipments, which may occasionally impact delivery timelines. However, no additional duty or tax charges shall be passed on to the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided on the Website are estimates only. Ayana Jewels shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, courier delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by Ayana Jewels’ Return & Refund Policy (DDP-aligned), which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
For eligible returns, customers will receive a refund of the product price paid.
No deductions shall be made for duties or taxes, as these are included in the product price under DDP terms.
Repairs & After-Sales Services
If a customer sends a product to Ayana Jewels for repair, resizing, or any after-sales service, all shipping charges, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (both inbound and outbound) shall be borne by the customer.
This clause applies only to repair or service shipments and does not apply to eligible product returns, which are handled as per the Return & Refund Policy.
Liability
While Ayana Jewels strives to ensure a seamless shopping experience, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of this Website or from purchasing products, except as required by applicable law. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total purchase value of the order.
Force Majeure
Ayana Jewels shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, strikes, logistics disruptions, or customs actions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
