International Shipping

• Ayana Jewels ships international orders worldwide through reputed courier partners such as UPS, FedEx, and Foreign Post Office (FPO).

• International delivery timelines typically range between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country.

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

• All international shipments are sent under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

• Import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, tariffs, and applicable local taxes are included in the product price.

• Duties and taxes are added to and absorbed within the product cost by Ayana Jewels.

• Customers will not be required to pay any additional duties, taxes, or customs charges at the time of delivery or customs clearance.

• Ayana Jewels handles customs clearance and payment of all applicable import duties and taxes on behalf of the customer.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• We offer free shipping across India.
• Orders are delivered within 7 working days.
• For orders above ₹30,000, no shipping charges are applied.
• For orders below ₹30,000, shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page.

Important Shipping Information

• Ayana Jewels is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, customs inspections, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be redirected to a different address.

• Signature confirmation and valid government-issued ID proof are required upon delivery.

• National ID / Resident Permit (for international customers)
• Any other government-recognized ID

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you believe the package has been tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
Immediately contact us via email at support@ayana-jewels.com with your Order Reference Number.
We will arrange a replacement or resolution as per policy.

Duties & Taxes

• For orders shipped within India, all product prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

• For international orders, all import duties, VAT, GST, tariffs, and local taxes are included in the product price (DDP).

• Duties and taxes already paid are non-refundable in case of returns or refused deliveries.

Repairs & After-Sales Shipping

If a customer sends a product back to Ayana Jewels for repair, resizing, or any after-sales service, all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees (both to and from Ayana Jewels) shall be borne by the customer.

For eligible product returns (not repairs), the customer will receive a refund of the product price paid.
No deductions will be made for duties or taxes, as these are included in the product price under DDP terms.

Ayana Jewels is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges levied by customs authorities on repair or service shipments.
