Cases Eligible for Refund

• Genuine quality issues approved by QC

• Product lost in transit

• Wrong product delivered where replacement is not possible

 

Refund Process

• Refund applicable only on product price paid

• Duties and taxes included under DDP are not deducted

• Shipping charges (if paid separately) are non-refundable

• Refund after inspection

• Credited to original payment method

• Processing time: 15–25 business days

 

Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Delivery refused by customer

• Size-related concerns

• Used or damaged products

• Minor handcrafted variations

• Customs or government delays

Return Policy 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Product damaged during delivery

• Wrong product delivered

 

Conditions for Returns

• Notify within 3 days of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos for QC approval

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Product must reach Ayana Jewels within 15 days

 

International Returns (DDP Orders)

• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer

• No free reverse pickup for international orders

• Returns without proper customs clearance will not be accepted

• Product prices are sold under DDP terms; duties and taxes were included at purchase

• No duty or tax deduction will be made on eligible refunds

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Used or altered products

• Minor handcrafted variations

• Late return requests

• Orders refused without valid reason

Repairs & After-Sales Service

• For repair/resizing, all shipping, duties, taxes, and clearance fees (both ways) are borne by the customer

• This does not apply to eligible product returns

• Eligible returns receive full product price refund without duty/tax deduction
